Notification of Director's Share Transactions

Further to an RNS announcement made by Intermediate Capital Group PLC ("ICG") dated 6th August 2009 (RNS Number: 0257X), and in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 1985 and the Disclosure Rules, ICG announces that Tom Attwood, Managing Director of ICG, took up 350,000 shares in the recent Rights Issue through the ICG Employee Benefit Trust 2002, at a price of £1.21 per share, in addition to the shares he took up as disclosed in the afore-mentioned RNS announcement.
