Town Centre Securities PLC announces that the following Directors have on the 7 December 2011 acquired the following ordinary shares of £0.25 each in the company under the Town Centre Securities PLC Share Incentive Plan ("The Plan").
The price was the average closing price of the shares between 1 June 2011 and the 25 November 2011.

Following the acquisition Mr Lewis' holding in the company is 318,975 beneficial shares, representing 0.60% of the issued share capital.
Following the acquisition Mr Kelly's holding in the company is 11,774 beneficial shares, representing 0.02% of issued share capital.
The company was notified of such acquisitions on the 7 December 2011.
