19 November 2013 XP Power Limited Director/PDMR Shareholding XP Power Limited ("the Company") has today been notified that on 19 November2013, Mr. Andy Sng, Executive Director, exercised options over 5,000 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), granted on 21 April 2005under the Company's Share Option Plan at a price of 411p per Ordinary Share,and subsequently sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1580p each. Followingthe transaction, Mr. Sng remains interested in 6,000 Ordinary Shares,representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
