Stream Group PLC30 September 2005 Stream Group plc ("the Company") 30 September 2005 Directors' interests Stream Group plc announces the following director's transaction: On 30 September 2005, Mr Paul Tuson, former finance director of the Company,exercised an Option Agreement dated 29th December 2000 which obliges ReefInvestments Limited to sell to him 900,000 ordinary shares in the Company at anexercise price of 9p per share. Following this sale, Reef Investments Limited now has an interest in 17,756,013shares, representing 29.67% of the share capital of the Company. Reef Investments Limited is owned by Landmark Trust, a Jersey based trust, thebeneficiaries of which include Mr Gordon Robson, Chairman and Chief Executive ofStream Group plc and his children.
