Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 19 March 2015, Mrs Jayne Fairburn, wife of Jeff Fairburn, Group Chief Executive purchased 846 ordinary shares in the Company into her ISA account at £17.6220 per share.

Jeff Fairburn and his connected persons' total interests in the Company are 163,562 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital. Jeff Fairburn also has a non-beneficial interest in 48,360 shares.

The issued share capital of the Company on 20 March 2015 is 306,525,495 ordinary shares.
