R.E.A. Holdings plc ("REA") announces that it has today received notification in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that, on 22 October 2008, Emba Holdings Limited, being a person connected with Mr R M Robinow (the chairman of REA), sold 2,224 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of REA at a price of 100p per share.
