Director's Shareholding
The Company today announces that on 6 August 2010, Mr Nicholas Stagg, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 24.375 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Stagg will be beneficially interested in 450,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
