AfriAg (AIM: AFRI) announces that it was informed on 24 September 2015 that on 24 September 2015, David Lenigas, a director of the Company, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 0.4p each. Following this transaction, Mr Lenigas' holding in the Company is 116,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.40 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
