Director's Dealing
The Company announces that Andrew Merrick, Group Finance Director, today exercised options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 24.75p per share. Following the exercise of the options, Mr Merrick's interest in the Company is 183,000 Ordinary Shares and remaining options over 392,526 Ordinary Shares.
