Exercise of Share Options & Director Shareholdings

On 25 October 2013, the Company issued 157,844 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 157,844 options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive and Unapproved share option schemes, by Terry Osborne, who subsequently sold 96,483 shares at a price of 103 pence per share, thereby retaining 61,361 of the resulting shares issued. Following this transaction, Terry Osborne is interested in 403,517 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.6% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
