Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 6 June 2014 Stephen Boyd, Chairman, sold 200,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.20 per share.

The sale has been undertaken in order to provide working capital for another business interest in which Mr Boyd is invested. Following the purchase, Mr Boyd retains a holding in the Company of 162,666 shares.
