BB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES DIRECTORS' ACQUISITION OF SHARES

Belize City, Belize, November 5, 2008 - BB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BBHL) ("BB Holdings") (the "Company") has been notified that Lord Michael Ashcroft KCMG, the Chairman of the Company, has acquired an additional 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £2.01 per share.

His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased to 45,589,714 ordinary shares representing 72.88 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
