Directors Shareholding

The Board of the Company received notification on 1 August 2008 that John Foley, a director, purchased 35,000 ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company at 20 pence per share on 31 July 2008.

The beneficial interest of John Foley following this transaction is 1,235,000 ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company representing approximately 2.57 % of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
