The Company has been informed that on 04 January 2012, Margaret May, the wife of Brian May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 72 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Brian May has a beneficial interest in 505,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.84% of the issued share capital of the Company.
