Director/PDMR Shareholding

Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R

Telecom plus PLC (the "Company") announces that on 24 June 2010 it received notification that on 21 June 2010, Peter Nutting, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, had transferred 95,000 ordinary 5p Telecom plus PLC shares ("Ordinary Shares") to his grandchildren to be held in an educational trust on their behalf and 30,000 Ordinary Shares to one of his children, all at a price of 345 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Nutting has a beneficial interest in 751,750 Ordinary Shares representing 1.098 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
