Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 30 December 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 520 pence and 525 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 December 2010.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 24,786,501 Ordinary Shares (53.2%).
