This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules.

The Company was notified today of the following purchase completed on 21 April 2010.

Stephen Cook, Chief Executive, purchased 35,000 units (comprising ordinary shares of 1 pence each and 'A' ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each in the Company) ("Units") at a price of 57p per Unit.

As a result of this purchase, Stephen Cook's total interest in the Company is 3,195,000 Units representing 11.46% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
