The Company has been advised that 970 shares have been purchased at £7.24 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included eighteen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page, and seventeen shares for Mr M Harris

Also included in the purchase were seventeen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
