Dairy Crest Group PLC28 August 2007 Dairy Crest Group PLC 28 August 2007 Dairy Crest Group - Director Shareholding Dairy Crest Group plc (the "Company") has been informed today that theshareholding in the Company owned beneficially by Mr P W Thornton, a director ofthe Company, increased by 45 shares by virtue of the automatic reinvestment ofthe dividend recently paid by the Company to the manager of an ISA held in MrThornton's name. The reinvestment was effected by the ISA manager at 730.5p pershare on 8 August 2007. As a result of this transaction Mr P W Thornton nowbeneficially owns 43,717 shares in the Company (representing 0.03% of the issuedshare capital).
