Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 21 November 2011 Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, bought 160,000 shares in the Company at a price of 3.1p per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 7,041,719 shares.
