DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 1,765 shares have been allocated at £4.47 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 28 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr J Kitching, Mr N Page and Mr C Sollesse.
Also included in the allocation were 28 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
