Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified on 15 April 2016 that on 5 April 2016, Tobias van der Meer, a Director of Hastings Insurance Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his spouse, Katherine van der Meer for nil consideration.

Following the transfer Mr van der Meer continues to have a direct interest in 367,006 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
