The Company announces that, following the transfer of ten million shares, from Raditie NV to Venero Trading Inc. on 25 October 2011, Kuat Oraziman now holds/controls 372,165,716 shares, representing approximately 61.05 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The structure of Mr. Oraziman's holdings, and the organisations through which he holds/controls them, are set out below:
