Dealings by Directors/PDMRs

The Company has been notified that the following Director, Mr R Soames, Non Executive Director, acquired on 11 December 2009 9,158 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

The shares were acquired at a price of 164.70p. 

Mr Soames now holds 15,024 shares in the Company, which represent less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was notified of this transaction in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
