Dear Sirs PDMR Shareholding: Colin Bradley Mothercare plc announces that Colin Bradley a person discharging managerialresponsibilities yesterday exercised options over and sold 10,000 Mothercare plcordinary shares at a price of £4.21p per share. The option price was £3.35p pershare. Following this disposal, Mr Bradley and related parties retains 10,262Mothercare ordinary shares equivalent to 0.014% of Mothercare's issued sharecapital of 73,372,813 ordinary shares.
