The Company was informed on 12 December 2012 that following the purchase of 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 December 2012 and a further 250,000 Ordinary Shares on 12 December 2012, at 1p and 1.03p per Ordinary Share, respectively, Hearth Investments Limited, a trust of which Tim Revill, a director of the Company, is a potential beneficiary, is interested in 31,533,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 10.52 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
