CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company has received notification that today the Sten Mortstedt family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,474 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 300 pence per Ordinary Share. Therefore the Trust's interest in the Company following this transaction is 24,768,101 Ordinary Shares (51.57%).
