The Company was informed today that Mr James Leek, Chairman of the Company, on 20 November purchased 90,240 ordinary shares and on 21 November purchased 154,630 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 32.5p.

Following this purchase, James Leek now holds 1,310,470 ordinary shares, which represents approximately 12.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
