In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Charles Brady, an Executive Director, on 2 October 2013 sold from his pension fund 396,940 ordinary shares in the Company at an average of 210.5 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 3,015,211 which is 3.50% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
