Ovoca was notified today that Mr. Timothy McCutcheon sold 20,000 shares in the capital of Ovoca at €0.14 per share on 13 June 2012. Following this disposal, Mr. McCutcheon's interest in the share capital of the Company is 280,000 ordinary shares, or 0.32% of Ovoca's issued share capital.
