Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that on 12 January 2016, John Castagno, Non-Executive Director of Hastings Insurance Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, transferred 250,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his spouse, Minou Castagno for nil consideration.

Following the transfer Mr Castagno continues to have an interest in 231,224 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
