Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’)

On 23 December 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 837 Shares at a price of 212.8 pence per Share; Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 870 Shares at a price of 212.8 pence per Share; and Steve Pusey, a Director of the Company, purchased 787 Shares at a price of 212.8 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 23 December 2015.

This announcement is made following notification under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
