Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Thursday 19th March, Catherine Vetch, wife of Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, transferred a total of 200,000 shares in Big Yellow Group PLC to Mr Vetch.

On Friday 20th March, Mr Vetch sold a total of 100,000 shares in Big Yellow Group PLC at an average price of 656.0p.

Following these transactions Mr Vetch and his family's total beneficial holding has reduced to 8,960,483 shares in the Company, representing 5.72% of the issued share capital.
