Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified by Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, that he has acquired 1,965 ordinary shares in the Company on 8 February 2013 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £3.5535 per share. Following this transaction, Charles Gregson will have an interest in 223,596 ordinary shares in the Company.
