Next plc Notification of Transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Person Closely Associated With Them The following notification is made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation. On 21 September 2020 certain directors/ PDMRs acquired a number of shares each in the Company as part of a vesting of share awards under the September 2017-2020 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The shares acquired by each director must be retained for a minimum period of two years.
