Hamilton, Bermuda - In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) Hiscox Ltd advises that on 30 June 2016, Ernst Jansen, Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, Non-Executive Directors, each purchased 2,288, 2,195, and 1,316 shares in the Company, respectively, at a price of 997p per share.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
