Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 12 June 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 2,993 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 595 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 June 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,432,794 Ordinary Shares (53.40%).
