Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 11 October 2013 Jan Holmstrom, non-executive director, purchased 300,000 shares in the Company at a price of 2.38p per share through his company "Somerset AB".

Mr Holmstrom had not previously held any shares in the Company therefore his holding now totals 300,000 representing approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital.
