Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), has been informed that, on 30 March 2023, Victoria Blaisdell, Group Managing Director, sold a total of 27,793 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 72p per Ordinary Share and subsequently repurchased 27,735 Ordinary Shares at a price of 72.1p per Ordinary Share in an individual savings account ("ISA") in her name.
Following this transfer, Victoria Blaisdell's beneficial interest in the Company is 83,244 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
