Directorate Changes

The Board of IPSO announces that, following completion of the placing on 8th July 2011, Simon Hunt and Michael Baines, Chairman of IPSO and a non executive director of IPSO respectively, have decided that it is appropriate for them to step down from the board of IPSO. This will enable Simon and Michael to focus on their other business interests. These resignations are with effect from today's date.

Craig Rochford has been appointed as the chairman of IPSO with effect from today and Nick Rodgers remains the Company's chief executive. John Kelly remains on the board as a non-executive director of the Company.

Simon Hunt said "I am delighted that Craig Rochford has brought further funding into IPSO and I feel confident that Craig's skills can help IPSO create value from its portfolio. It is therefore an appropriate time for Michael and I to step down from the board."
