Further to the announcement made by the Company on 20 May 2019, John Pattullo stepped down as Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director (SID) on 1 September 2019. David Sleath, currently Non-Executive Director on the Board, has taken over as SID with effect from today, 2 September 2019.
