Announcement of new Non-Executive Director

MBL Group plc (AIM: MUBL) today announces that David Anthony ("Tony") Johnson, aged 70, will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Tony was previously the Chief Executive, and latterly a non-executive of Findel plc, the multi-channel retailer and will join both the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Commenting on the changes, Peter Cowgill, Non-Executive Chairman said:

"The Board is delighted to welcome Tony to the Board. He brings with him a wealth of experience in distribution and fulfilment in the consumer products market and has valuable quoted company experience. I look forward to working with him in the future."
