Retirement of Non-Executive Director
PayPoint plc ("the Company") hereby announces that with effect from 9 July 2008, Kenneth Minton, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, retired as a Director of the Company.
David Newlands, Chairman, commented, "The Board would like to thank Kenneth Minton for his work over the last 4 years and his contribution to the development of the Company."
A search is underway for a new Independent Non-Executive Director and further announcements will be made as appropriate in due course.
