It is with great sadness that Coventry Building Society announces that Ian Pickering, Chairman of the Society, unexpectedly passed away at the end of last week.

Ian has been Chairman since 2013 and his contribution to the Board is a major factor in the Society's long term success and in particular its commitment to its members. The Board and staff of the Society would like to express their sympathy and condolences to his family.

Peter Ayliffe, Deputy Chairman, will assume the role of Chairman on an interim basis.
