Board Changes

The Board of Gable Holdings (ticker: GAH.L) announces that Lucas Slob (aged 55) has today been appointed as a Non Executive Director of the Company, with Tim Moss today stepping down from the Board in order to pursue his other business interests. 

Lucas Slob has over 20 years non-life insurance expertise working in the Zurich Group, focusing on risk engineering, risk management and systems. Prior to this Lucas worked in loss control for Asconed and Cigna in Holland. He is based in Switzerland and is currently a director of Attendus Trust Company AG. No further information falls to be disclosed under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules.
