AfriAg plc (AIM: AFRI), the AIM listed investing company, announces the resignation of Mr Oliver Cooke from the Board with immediate effect to pursue other interests. Mr Cooke has recently been appointed Executive Chairman of SocialGO plc and wishes to focus on this position.
The Board would like to thank Mr Cooke for his contribution since he has been with the Company.
