Lakehouse, the asset and energy support services group, announces that Andrew Harrison, founder and owner of the law firm Tallar LLP, will be retiring as a non executive director of Lakehouse with effect from today. Andrew joined the Board initially as an Alternate Director to Steve Rawlings, making this permanent upon Steve's death in July 2016. Having played an important role in the subsequent turnaround of Lakehouse, the Board and Andrew agreed that this commitment to Steve and the Group had been fulfilled.
Andrew will also be retiring from his positions on Lakehouse's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees. Derek Zissman will join the Remuneration and Nomination committees and Robert Legget will replace Andrew as interim Chairman of the Remuneration committee
