Great Eastern Energy Corporation Limited ("Great Eastern Energy"), a company involved in the exploration, development and production of coal bed methane in India, announces that Mr. Serajul Haq Khan has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect for personal reasons. A replacement will be announced in due course.
