He will leave the company at the end of August. The Board of Pittards plc is pleased to announce that Mrs Jill Williams,who hasbeen with the Group for 17 years and joined the Board as a director in 2005,will combine her existing roles as Company secretary and Group Treasurer,withthat of Finance Director with effect from 1st June 2007.
