Directorate change

SnackTime plc announces that David Lowe, a non-executive director of the Company, has decided to resign and therefore will not be offering himself for re-election as a director of the Company at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 11th October 2011. The resolution to re-appoint him will therefore be withdrawn. Mr Lowe's resignation took effect on 6th October 2011.

The Board wishes to thank David for his valuable and considerable contribution to the Company over the years. The Board intends to seek the appointment of an independent non-executive director in due course.
